Job Description(s):
1.0 Support daily Human Resources functions, including recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, leave administration, and employee record management.
2.0 Coordinate and submit attendance, overtime, leave, and other payroll-related documents to Headquarters HR Department for payroll processing.
3.0 Coordinate and monitor foreign worker matters, including hostel management and liaison with relevant government agencies and local authorities.
4.0 Manage petty cash transactions and maintain accurate supporting records.
5.0 Coordinate security administration, including attendance verification and liaison with security service providers on security-related matters.
6.0 Manage company vehicle administration, including renewal of road tax, permits, inspections, and related documentation.
7.0 Follow up on customer payment collections and maintain proper records.
8.0 Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, telephone calls, emails, letters, and courier services.
9.0 Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment to ensure smooth office operations.
10.0 Assist in maintaining office facilities, cleanliness, and a safe working environment.
11.0 Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, document preparation, photocopying, scanning, and record management.
Job Requirement:
1) SPM/Diploma or a related discipline
2) Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administration, HR, or related functions.
3) Five (5) work days' : Monday to Friday. Saturday on standby/on call.
4) Work location would be at Pasir Gudang Industrial Area
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
