Sepenuh Masa Site Inspector – Electrical, Automation - Instrumentation Jobs, salary up to MYR 5,500 in Quess Global Malaysia - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all EIA installations strictly adhere to quality control policies, contract specifications, and safety regulations.
• Review inspection schedules and systematically execute on-site inspection checklists.
• Act as the first-level approver to validate and sign off on completed contractor work.
• Partner with engineers and contractors on daily site planning, coordination, and scheduling.
• Monitor construction milestones against the master project timeline to ensure timely completion.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks tied to EIA installation activities.
• Participate in site meetings to resolve technical issues and coordinate seamlessly with site staff and contractors.
• Maintain transparent communication with Project Managers, Construction Managers, engineers, and architects to align on project requirements.
• Prepare regular progress updates and maintain accurate tracking of all assigned project documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical, Automation, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• At least 3 years of proven experience as a site inspector (or similar role) in heavy industrial, infrastructure, or building construction projects.
• Deep knowledge of industrial electrical power systems, instrumentation, and commissioning processes.
• Demonstrated experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs, Siemens S7 PLCs, and HMI systems (WinCC).
• Practical experience troubleshooting and connecting electric motors (including inverters and sensors) and conducting instrumentation calibration.
• Strong ability to read, interpret, and work with complex engineering documentation and drawings.
• Exceptional organizational and project-tracking abilities.
• Strong communication skills to manage diverse contractor teams and internal stakeholders.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
