THE JOB-SCOPE
- Welcome and register guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Manage reservations and handle inquiries regarding room availability, rates, and hotel services.
- Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues in a professional and pleasant manner.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Performing all check-in and check-out tasks
- Managing online and phone reservations
- Informing customers about payment methods and verifying their credit card data
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the hotel industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Positive attitude, proactivity, and excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School or Diploma in tourism and hotels management, additional qualifications will be a plus
