Job Description:
We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to support daily warehouse operations, mainly focusing on order processing, delivery coordination, and documentation accuracy. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process orders received from Sales, Marketing, and HQ
• Plan and arrange daily deliveries to ensure timely fulfilment
• Coordinate closely with transporters for smooth delivery operations
• Prepare and generate all outgoing delivery documents (DO, invoices, etc.)
• Handle inquiries and communications via email in a timely manner
• Maintain proper documentation and filing for warehouse activities
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly operational reports
• Ensure accuracy of order processing and documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–3 years of working experience in warehouse or logistics operations (FMCG preferred)
• Familiar with AutoCount system or similar ERP system
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Able to work independently in a small team environment
• Understanding of warehouse processes and delivery flow

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
