We are currently looking for go-getters to join our team to help us with:
- System Monitoring: Assist in tracking daily solar plant performance and alarms , verifying inverter statuses , and supporting engineers with Low Peak Performance (LPP) data analysis.
- Field & Preventive Support: Assist engineers with on-site inspections, cleaning supervision, electrical component checks, and tool/PPE preparation.
- Documentation & Claims: Assist in drafting preventive maintenance reports, updating internal platform logs, and compiling documentation/photos for insurance or warranty cases.
- Technical Connections: Provide hands-on assistance during corrective troubleshooting, check basic electrical and AC/DC components , and support on-site recovery for offline systems (WiFi/logger setups).
- Client & Logistics Coordination: Assist in scheduling customer maintenance appointments, handle basic inquiries, and coordinate with Supply Chain for replacement parts and logistics.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with company safety guidelines and practice proper PPE usage during all operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Support data organization, operational enhancement initiatives, and complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related engineering fields.
- Possesses own transport and willing to travel for on-site support.
- Strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a solid grasp of maintenance safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, great task prioritization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team.
- Able to work independently and proactively, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Pay: RM900.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
