Job Description:
1. Sieve candidates from job portals and identify prospective candidates
2. Liaise with potential candidates over phone calls and texting platforms
3. Liaise with Hiring Managers to get a clear view on their hiring needs and schedule interviews with both Hiring Managers & potential candidates
4.Deep understanding of provided job description and documents
5. Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
6. Present shortlisted candidates for hiring lead considerations
7. Facilitate recruitment through to its completion
8. Follow up with the candidate’s onboarding process
9. Conduct reference check, understand candidate background (Optional)
10. Research into competitors and their hiring (Optional)
Requirements:
1. Working experience in recruiting would be an advantage
2. A deep understanding of recruitment processes would be an advantage
3. Deep knowledge in using job portals
4. Experienced in using Microsoft Word, Excel & Teams
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
