Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Site Supervisor - ID di TGSB Federal Territory - Maukerja

• Standing supervision for Architectural & ID works by work area (sector)
• Coordination and delegation of all on-site architectural and interior design work task with subcon, subsidiaries, vendors and workers.
• To manage resources including materials, manpower and equipment at site.
• Liaison with MAHB operation for work access, route and permit.
• To provide constructive feedback and find out the root cause regarding issues at site.
• To track progress and ensure deadline are met.
• Inspecting the works during and upon the works are completed to ensure quality and compliance with the project specifications.
• To ensure the work to comply with safety requirements and airport regulations.
• Preparing and submitting site reports and other relevant documentations.
• To verify subcon, subsidiaries, vendors and workers progress on site for their claim purposes.
• Provide proper and clear daily reports and update it in Site Diary, Fiedlwire Apps and Whatsapp Group as daily basis.
• Responsibilities may include other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Architecture/Interior Design or other relevant certificates.
• Willing to work at Kuala Lumpur.
• Should have some site experience in architectural and ID works.
• Experience with airport projects is preferred but not necessarily required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, subcon, subsidiaries, clients and other relevant stakeholders.
• Ability to prepare and submit necessary site paperwork is essential.
• Ability to adapt to changing conditions and comfortable working under pressure.
• Possess a strong work ethic, positive attitude and a commitment to project quality and safety.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
