Tanggungjawab
Responsibility:
· Day to day basic receptionist and administration of the office
· Ensure good housekeeping of the reception and courier parcel area
· Attend to all incoming phone calls, walk in guests and interviewees
· Sort out and disinfect all incoming documents, couriers and parcels delivery, arrival and notify respective departments for collection
· Manage e-filing outbound courier pick-up arrangement – FEDEX, DHL & GDEX
· Manage booking of meeting rooms
· Manage and control of office stationeries and pantry sundry supplies
