Human Capital (HC) team plays a vital role in shaping the firm’s people strategy. Within HC, the
Talent Acquisition team focuses on attracting, engaging, and hiring the best talent to support PwC’s growth. As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in recruitment processes, employer branding, and stakeholder management, while learning how a global professional services firm builds its workforce.
Role Overview
We are seeking motivated interns to join our Talent Acquisition team. This internship offers practical exposure to
end-to-end recruitment activities, candidate engagement, and HR operations, providing a strong foundation for a career in Human Capital or Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Support interview scheduling, coordination, and communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including career fairs, campus events, and digital campaigns.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for recruitment activities.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on projects to improve processes and candidate experience.
