  • Work closely with hiring divisions to understand requirements, monitor recruitment pipelines and provide timely updates.
  • Coordinate and monitor people development operations, including IDP consolidation, training needs analysis, training calendar execution, HRDC utilisation and claims documentation.
  • Support structured development initiatives such as development programmes, internship governance, technical certification pathways and targeted capability-building interventions.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, management papers, internal memoranda and presentation materials for management and governance-related matters.
  • Guide and coach team members and relevant stakeholders to strengthen execution quality, people development and ownership.
  • Identify practical opportunities to improve workflows, trackers and reporting processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management or a related field, with a minimum CGPA of 3.0.
  • Approximately 12–15 years of progressive HR experience, with substantive exposure to people development and practical experience in recruitment operations.
  • Hands-on experience managing or coordinating structured development initiatives such as graduate development programmes, management trainee programmes, leadership development initiatives, technical certification programmes or similar interventions.
  • Practical experience in L&D operations, including vendor coordination, participant registration, records management, programme tracking and HRDC-related administration.
  • Experience supervising, guiding or coaching others.
  • Strong stakeholder management, report-writing, data-tracking and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple workflows in a hands-on, governance-focused environment.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel and relevant HR tools.
