Job Responsibilities - Sales Intern:
- Communicate with potential conference clients by sharing product knowledge that will attract prospects.
- Responsible to make sales calls within the required target amount set by the Sales Director within a month or weekly (if necessary)
- Utilize a variety of channels, including social media, to actively seek out and generate new leads for our conferences.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities like cold calling, networking, and social media
- Assist with negotiating and securing interest of potential customers to enroll for the program.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle objections or complaints
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and prospects
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Job Responsibilities - Marketing Intern:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
- Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and asses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights and optimise spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to create landing pages and optimise user experience.
- Correspond to potential clients from the world's leading businesses to maintain a strong and consistent pipeline of prospects especially those showing interest in ongoing projects.
Job Responsibilities - HR/Operations Intern:
- Keep track of office inventories and maintaining supply orders.
- Monitor the organization’s Human Capital Record, petty cash record.
- Manage and update company database for ongoing events record.
- Prepare event invoices, quotation and prompt payment follow-up.
- Responsible of event HRDF course application and claim.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls/emails related to payment, client requests, vendors, and inquiries.
- Take ownership of the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, including phone screening, coordinating interviews.
- Coordinate new employee set-up and resources and other administrative tasks such as phone line set up.
- Responsible for event speakers' flight and accommodation.
- Plan cultural initiatives, including team-building activities, and annual company cultural day/night.
- Organize, schedule meetings and make business travel arrangements for company Directors.
- Support the coordination of all company’s events and implementing all operations to ensure a seamless delivery of event checklist.
- Select and negotiate with vendors and monitoring their activities to ensure quality control.
