Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced JD Edwards (JDE) Sales & Distribution (S&D) Consultant to support, maintain, and enhance JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) 9.2 applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementation support, rollouts, production support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives within the JDE environment.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Rollout Support

• Support rollouts for merger & acquisition projects using JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) 9.2.
• Participate in go-live and post go-live support activities.
• Assist in system enhancements, analysis, design, and process improvements.

Functional & Production Support

• Provide day-to-day support for JD Edwards E1 9.2 users.
• Support month-end closing activities related to Sales & Distribution processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues, integrations, transactions, and data-related issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and coordinate issue resolution with business and technical teams.

Documentation & Process Improvement

• Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and interfaces.
• Maintain support and business process documentation.
• Support knowledge sharing and best practices.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business users and project teams across global locations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and team collaboration.

RequirementsTechnical Skills

• Minimum 7 years of JD Edwards ERP experience.
• Strong functional knowledge of JD Edwards Sales & Distribution (S&D).
• Hands-on experience in JDE S&D implementation projects.
• Experience writing functional specifications for enhancements and interfaces.
• Knowledge of JD Edwards Time & Expense module.
• Good SQL and data analysis skills.

Functional Skills

• Strong understanding of Sales & Distribution business processes.
• Experience supporting international users and global environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in multinational or regional support environments.
• Exposure to JDE integrations and troubleshooting.
• Experience in ERP support, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
