We are looking for an IT Customer Support Executive to join our support team. This role is focused on first-level technical support for our existing platforms. This includes assist customers in resolving system issues, handling tickets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our systems.
Job Descriptions
- First-Level Support – Handle incoming support requests related to Fleet Management System / Transportation Management System.
- Ticket Management – Handle incoming support requests via ticketing systems and ensure proper tracking and resolution.
- Customer Communication – Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to understand issues, provide guidance, and ensure a positive support experience.
- Product Understanding – Quickly learn and adapt to full product features and workflows in a short time to effectively support end users.
- Issue Troubleshooting – Assist users in diagnosing and resolving basic system and user-related issues.
- Basic Database Support – Perform simple SQL queries and assist in basic data updates or corrections under supervision.
- Issue Escalation – Escalate complex technical issues to development or senior support teams with proper documentation.
- System Monitoring Support – Assist in monitoring system alerts and reporting abnormalities.
- Documentation – Maintain clear records of issues, solutions, and internal knowledge base updates.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome.
- Basic understanding of software applications, web systems, or IT support processes.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems.
- Basic knowledge of SQL (SELECT, UPDATE, simple queries) is an advantage.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical issues in a clear manner.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow into technical roles.
- Bonus: Exposure to logistics, fleet management, or ERP systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
