Responsibilities
1. Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) (e.g., ISO standards)
2. Monitor and control production processes to ensure product quality
3. Conduct chemical testing & analysis (e.g., titration, pH, concentration checks)
4. Investigate quality issues / defects and perform root cause analysis (RCA)
5. Work closely with production to improve process consistency and yield
6. Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards (e.g., environmental, chemical handling)
7. Prepare quality reports, SOPs, and documentation
8. Handle customer complaints and corrective actions (CAPA)
9. Support internal & external audits

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Chemical Engineering
- Chemistry
- Materials Science or related field
2. Fresh Graduate encouraged to apply.
3. Knowledge in:
- Chemical processes (e.g., plating, mixing, reactions)
- Quality tools (SPC, FMEA, 7 QC tools)
- ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001)
- Experience with lab equipment and testing methods
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
