Job description:

We are hiring a skilled and reliable Finance Executive to manage daily financial operations, payment processing, and reconciliation. This role requires strong analytical ability, independent thinking, and hands-on experience managing financial processes across multiple entities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor purchase payments and staff claims
• Reconcile sales payments across various channels (cash, QR, credit card, POS)
• Compile monthly POS system sales summaries
• Perform bank and payment method reconciliations
• Maintain fixed asset schedules and calculate monthly depreciation
• Coordinate payroll-related figures with HR
• Handle e-invoice issuance and compliance
• Liaise with customs brokers on import-related matters
• Prepare and file tax submissions
• Manage end-to-end payment workflows
• Handle bank account opening and related banking matters
• Assist with budgeting and budget planning
• Assist with SST, tax planning, and audit matters

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• Minimum 2–4 years of finance/accounting experience
• Strong in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with SQL or similar software preferred
• Able to work independently and meet monthly reporting deadlines
• Good understanding of financial reporting, SST, and Malaysia’s statutory regulations
• Experience with e-invoice systems
• Able to handle bank account opening and banking administration
• Budgeting experience preferred

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
