Kerja Sepenuh Masa Technician (NC Bending, Turret punch, Laser cut), Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di Allied Precision Manufacturing Johor - Maukerja

1. Turret Punch

- Interpret and convert technical drawings into fabrication specifications.

- Set up and operate AMADA Turret & Turret equipment to punch sheet metal OR Multipress equipment to mold and cut sheet metal.

- Monitor gauges, dials or other indicators to make sure that the machines are working properly.

- Handle and resolve Amada Turret Punch programming issues OR any other mechanical issues of the machines.

- Consistently check and maintain the conditions of the machines.

2. Laser cut

- Learn on Amanda laser-cutting machines under supervision.

- Assist in machine setup, including material loading, alignment, and fixture placement.

- Inspect cut parts for accuracy, dimensions, burrs, and defects.

- Follow work orders, drawings, and technical instructions.

- Support inventory control of raw materials and finished components.

3. NC Bending

- Learn the fundamentals of NC/press brake bending machine operation.

- Assist with setting up bending tools, dies, back gauges, and material stops.

- Understand bending parameters such as angle.

- Support the bending of sheet metal parts under supervision.

- Learn basic daily maintenance: cleaning tools, checking alignment, and oil/wear inspection.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
