Kerja Sepenuh Masa ACCOUNT ASSISTANT (5 WORKING DAYS), Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di CARBO SCHRODER SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, issue, and process invoices accurately and timely
• Prepare and manage Delivery Orders (DO) and related documentation
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records
• Assist in handling SST submissions and compliance in accordance with Malaysian regulations
• Perform data entry into accounting system
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable
• Assist in bank reconciliation and monthly closing
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments regarding billing matters
• Support general administrative and accounting duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting / Finance / related field
• At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of SST (Sales and Service Tax)
• Familiar with invoicing and DO preparation process
• Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, UBS, etc.)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
