Job Description:

• Provide administrative support to daily terminal operations activities including loading, unloading, dispatch, and inventory coordination.
• Prepare, update, and maintain operational records such as delivery orders, gate passes, stock reports, loading schedules, and tanker movement records.
• Coordinate with transporters, drivers, contractors, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth terminal operations.
• Monitor and update daily terminal operational data including fuel movement, inventory balances, and truck loading activities.
• Assist in preparing operational reports, incident reports, KPI reports, and monthly summaries for management review.
• Ensure all operational documentation complies with company procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain proper filing and record management for operational documents, permits, invoices, inspection records, and compliance documentation.
• Support the terminal team during audits, inspections, and emergency response exercises by preparing relevant documents and records.
• Coordinate site access requirements including visitor registration, contractor documentation, and permit administration.
• Liaise with finance and procurement departments regarding operational invoices, purchase requests, and service documentation.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in terminal operations, logistics, oil & gas, warehousing, or administrative support role.
• Experience working in a petroleum terminal or industrial environment is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with operational documentation and inventory reporting systems is preferred.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, or public holidays when required by terminal operations.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
