KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervised a team of employees by assigning tasks, scheduling shifts, and monitoring daily performance to ensure optimal productivity and customer service.
  • Conducted regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback, coaching, and support to enhance employee growth and engagement.
  • Maintained a high standard of customer service by creating a welcoming environment and responding to customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
  • Trained and onboarded new employees, ensuring they were well-equipped to perform their roles and follow store policies.
  • Ensured compliance with all store policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining strict adherence to operational guidelines.
  • Managed daily operations, including overseeing cash flow, sales targets, and ensuring merchandise was properly stocked, organized, and accounted for.
  • Led store cleaning and organizational efforts to maintain a tidy, attractive, and safe environment for both customers and employees.
  • Actively worked to meet daily sales goals, ensuring that promotional efforts and product knowledge were effectively conveyed to customers.
  • Responded to emergencies, crises, or unexpected problems with quick decision-making and effective solutions.
  • Managed inventory and product storage, ensuring all goods were properly received, recorded, and accounted for.
  • Produced reports on employee performance, customer complaints, and store performance for upper management.
  • Implemented effective employee incentive programs to boost morale, motivation, and performance.

  • Wine Expertise: Extensive experience selling and recommending wines, providing product education to customers, and maintaining stock.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Demonstrated ability to lead a team of employees, assigning tasks, scheduling shifts, and resolving conflicts.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Strong interpersonal skills, ensuring that customers received outstanding service in a retail environment.
  • Inventory Management: Experience managing stock, ensuring products are well-organized, recorded properly, and accounted for.
  • Time Management: Skilled in multitasking, prioritizing responsibilities, and ensuring all duties are completed efficiently.
  • Conflict Resolution: Able to handle difficult customer situations, maintaining professionalism while resolving issues effectively.
  • Basic Computer Proficiency: Familiar with Word, Excel, and other basic office applications for reporting and administrative tasks.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong ability to ensure that all operational and inventory procedures are followed correctly.
  • Physical Stamina: Capable of performing physically demanding tasks such as moving and restocking merchandise.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
