Systems Limited is looking for an Infrastructure Specialist to support and manage cloud and on-premises infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), virtualization platforms, networking, security technologies, and infrastructure operations. The role involves supporting critical business applications, infrastructure migrations, access management, and collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilitie

• sProvide day-to-day operational support for IMPACT and Edge Catalyst platforms
• .Participate in troubleshooting and incident resolution activities across infrastructure environments
• .Review, validate, and support documentation related to Go-Live and production deployment activities
• .Manage and support VPN and server access requests
• .Onboard and maintain servers within the Privileged Access Management (PAM) environment
• .Support infrastructure migration initiatives, including the transition from HA Proxy to F5 Load Balancer
• .Coordinate with internal teams and external vendor
• sAssess and recommend storage optimization opportunities
• .Support backup and recovery initiatives, including Commvault Proof of Concept (POC) activities
• .Ensure infrastructure availability, performance, and compliance with operational standards

Required Skills & Experienc

• eExperience managing and supporting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
• .Strong understanding of virtualization technologies, preferably Oracle OLVM
• .Working knowledge of networking concepts, including routing, switching, VPNs, and DNS
• .Basic understanding of firewall administration and security controls
• .Experience with load balancing technologies such as F5 and HA Proxy
• .Familiarity with server administration and infrastructure operations
• .Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions
• .Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• .Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors
• .Knowledge of RODOD (preferred but not mandatory)
• .Exposure to backup and recovery solutions such as Commvault
• .Experience supporting infrastructure migration and transformation projects
