Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Site Supervisor di China Construction Development (M) Federal Territory - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise all architectural and ID works and ensure that they are carried out in accordance to approved specifications.
• Work closely with sub-contractors on project progress, deliverables and timeframe
• Carry out quality inspection on site with COW and ensure that good quality of work is archived.
• Daily site diary recording, monitoring and reporting
• Close coordination of work with both internal (project team) and external parties (client, regulatory bodies and etc.)
• Review, coordinate and generate all architectural works including shop drawings for project
• Supervise and inspect all architectural works carried out by sub-contractors.
• Ensure compliance with architectural and structural specifications and achieve quality aspect
• Coordinate and liaise with all architectural or structural services with other trades on site
• Carry out architectural and structural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
• To ensure building materials and work done at site are properly handled, stored and protected.
• Lead, coordinate and supervise the sub-contractors and general workers to perform daily progress and quality of workers
• Report non-conformance in respect of workmanship and materials to site engineer.
• Prepare and submit proper record of site diary, site measurement and project progress report
• Ensuring Quality Management System procedures are implemented at site

Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant high-rise building experiences.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Degree, Professional certificate or equivalent.
• Good communication skills, positive working attitude, punctuality with high responsibility, and able to work independently.
• Preferable to have Qlassic / Conquas experience.
• Required skill(s): MS Project, Auto CAD, Microsoft Office
• Candidate must be from Construction background and main-contractors is preferred.
