Responsible:
- Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
- Track project progress and identify potential risks or issues.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Manage project files and ensure proper storage and retrieval.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other project deliverables.
- Coordinate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and external parties.
- Provide administrative support for stakeholder meetings and events.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science, Business Systems, Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required Skills: Good knowledge in using MS Office Applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Key Quality(s): Responsible, independent and a good team player. Committed and keen for new knowledge and experience. Have a good interpersonal and communication skills. Possesses great discipline and high integrity.
- Desired experience/exposure: Preference will be given to graduates who are currently unemployed and less than 2 years from graduation and/with nor prior working experience.

Responsibilities:
- Able to solve the issue as reported online, open tickets and close the ticket when required.
- Escalate to the next support team if required and monitor for constant updates to the users as required.
- Assisting the team in producing various documents up and until the verification and validation process.
- Various tools to support the operations of MMSW such as training materials and video clips are developed for the consumption of the users.
- Training assistant to the MMSW trainers.
Requirement:

Responsibilities:
- Assist to prepare test scripts (UT, SIT, UATW, UAT).
- Assist in preparing testing data. • Assist in system testing.
- Assist to prepare training materials, manuals, and quick-reference guides.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required Skills: Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Demonstrates strong communication, interpersonal, learning, facilitation, and analytical skills. Familiarity with Java is required.
