Responsibilities

bTaskee is looking for an extremely impressive person to fill the role of Marketing Executive position. Responsibilities and Duties:

As the Marketing Executive, you will have complete responsibility for the following:


1. Branding – Brand Awareness & Visibility

  • OOH Advertising Management: Plan, execute, and monitor Out-of-Home advertising campaigns (billboards, roadside banners, airports, bus stops, building LED screens) ensuring timely delivery, visual quality, and budget optimization.
  • Event Organization: Ideate, plan, and coordinate offline events (product launch events, seminars, customer appreciation events, internal team building activities, community events) to enhance brand experience and customer engagement.
  • POSM Production: Manage the design and production of offline marketing collaterals (brochures, standees, posters, catalogs, branded gifts) ensuring consistency with brand identity.


2. Performance – Trade Marketing & Partner Activation

  • Partnership Development: Proactively seek, connect, and negotiate with strategic partners (apartment, condo, supermarkets, schools, gyms, industrial parks…) to set up display areas, pop-up booths, or product introduction points.
  • Trade Activation Execution: Organize direct sales activation programs at partner locations (condominiums, supermarkets, schools) including product sampling, direct consultation, mini-games, roadshows, exclusive voucher distribution, etc., to optimize conversion rates and drive sales
  • PG/TV & Part-Time Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise the team of promoters (PG), demonstrators, and event staff at activation points, ensuring service quality, brand image, and KPI achievement.
  • Logistics & Operations: Oversee the transportation, installation, and storage of products and display materials (POSM) at activity locations, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to plans.


3. Reporting & Budget Management

  • Develop detailed plans, prepare budgets, and control expenses for all offline campaigns and trade activation initiatives.
  • Monitor and measure campaign effectiveness based on KPIs (reach, number of leads generated, registrations, on-site sales performance) and prepare post-campaign summary reports with recommendations for future improvements.
  • Report directly to the Head of Department, providing regular updates on activities, progress and outcomes.


Qualifications and Skills:

Must to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Trade Commerce, or a related field
  • Having at least 2 years of experience in a similar role (Offline Marketing, Trade Marketing, Event Executive).
  • Experience working with external partners, including OOH advertising vendors, event organizing agencies, POSM suppliers, and building, condominium, supermarket school management boards.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive in work;
  • Have a personal laptop.
