Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure smooth daily operations across all outlets
• Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to achieve targets
• Lead, manage and coach Outlet Supervisor and outlet teams
• Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards, cleanliness and customer service excellence
• Control inventory, minimise shrinkage and maintain stock accuracy across all boutiques
• Collaborate with HQ departments (HR, Marketing, Warehouse) to ensure operational efficiency
• Review and approve staff scheduling. manpower planning and workforce requirements
• Resolve operational, staff and customer issues in a timely and effective manner
• Prepare and present outlet performance reports to management (Weekly / Monthly)

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in retail management (experience in fashion retail is an advantage)
• Proven experience in managing multiple outlets or chain stores
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Sales-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick, effective decisions
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to travel between outlets as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
