Are you organized, people-oriented, and passionate about Human Resources? We are looking for an enthusiastic HR & Admin Assistant to support our HR team in recruitment, employee administration, and day-to-day office operations.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and office management while working closely with the Head of HR and Management Team.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
  • Prepare employment-related documents and support new employee onboarding.

Human Resources Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in tracking attendance, leave applications, and employee information.
  • Support payroll preparation and HR reporting.
  • Assist with performance reviews, KPI tracking, and employee development initiatives.
  • Help coordinate employee training and company policy briefings.

Administrative Support

  • Prepare internal memos, letters, and HR correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems for HR and company documents.
  • Assist in managing office supplies, stationery, and staff amenities.
  • Support company events, employee activities, and team-building programs.
  • Ensure records are properly filed, scanned, and archived.

General Support

  • Work closely with the Head of HR on HR projects and initiatives.
  • Assist with compliance and documentation requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to Management as required.
  • Perform other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good organizational and time management abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn

Ability to handle confidential information professionally
