Working Location: No. 14 -1, Jalan Forest Height 8, Forest Heights, 70450 Senawang, Negeri Sembilan
Salary: RM 2,000 - RM2,400
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Working Days: Monday – Friday

Job Description

We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented Executive to support the delivery of Performance Management Outsourcing.

In this role, you will work closely with internal teams to manage performance data, monitor KPIs, and support performance reviews and action planning.
This position is suitable for individuals who enjoy working with data, structured processes, and execution-focused support to ensure client teams perform effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1) Assist in setting up and maintaining client performance structures, KPIs, and tracking systems
2) Collect, update, and monitor weekly and monthly performance data
3) Track team performance against agreed targets and KPIs
4) Identify performance gaps and areas for improvement based on performance data
5) Prepare basic performance reports and performance summaries
6) Support internal performance reviews and action planning sessions
7) Follow up on agreed action items and performance improvement plans
8) Maintain accurate performance records, documentation, and reporting files

Requirements

1) Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or related fields
2) Comfortable working with data, reports, and structured processes
3) Detail-oriented, organised, disciplined, and responsible
4) Comfortable working in an execution-focused support role
