About Pasaraya SAVE

Pasaraya SAVE is a rapidly growing Malaysian grocery retail chain with 50+ outlets operating 24 hours across Perak. As part of our continuous expansion, we are strengthening our IT Support operations and are seeking a hands-on, operationally strong IT Support Executive to ensure all systems across our outlets run optimally at all times.

Job Summary

The Admin Intern will support the Administration, Human Resources, and Operations departments in carrying out daily administrative tasks and ensuring smooth business operations. This role provides exposure to retail operations, document management, staff administration, reporting, and coordination with multiple outlets. The intern will gain practical experience in a fast-paced retail environment while developing organizational, communication, and administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents and records.
  • Perform data entry and ensure information is updated accurately in company systems.
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, memos, and other documentation.
  • Support attendance monitoring and staff record management.
  • Coordinate with retail outlets regarding operational and administrative matters.
  • Assist in recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and onboarding documentation.
  • Manage filing systems and ensure proper document control.
  • Assist in compiling sales, operational, and manpower reports.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and internal correspondence professionally.
  • Support the HR and Operations team in day-to-day activities and projects.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
