Ecommerce Clerk

5.5 day work
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5.15pm
Saturday 8:30am to 3.45pm

Job Scope:

• Coordinate and prepare daily ecommerce (Shopee and Lazada) sales & operational administration functions including all types of reporting submission, filing, documentations and data maintenance.
• Perform sales activities and answering customer queries on the ecommerce platforms.
• Perform and generate weekly, month end, quarterly & year end promotion, campaigns, sales, financial closing & reporting.
• Support and create records for database on financial and other data.
• Help packing ecommerce orders when necessary.
• Any additional tasks and supports role as requested.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum qualification is SPM and above.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Have experience in clerical task and attend to customer.
• Can work in minimum supervision.
• Willing to work at Taman Desa Kundang
• Possessed own transport

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
