OCTAGON GROUP is currently seeking to hire a talented Production Clerk to join our team. Octagon is a fully integrated signage company with in-house capabilities spanning design, manufacturing, installation, and maintenance, providing one-stop, end-to-end business solutions for corporate image needs.

Production Clerk – Job Scope

• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation in a timely manner
• Preparing and maintaining production records and reports
• Tracking inventory, materials, and work orders Entering production data into computer systems
• Coordinating schedules between departments
• Assisting supervisors with documentation and compliance

· Communicating with warehouse, procurement, and production teams

• Communicate effectively with internal departments such as production, warehouse, purchasing, and sales to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma qualification
• At least 6 months of working experience in a related field
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook
• Able to work independently with a high level of self-discipline and commitment
• Monday to Saturday
• Committed and dedicated to assigned responsibilities
• Permanent position
• Working day: Monday to Saturday

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
