We are looking for a passionate and creative E-Commerce Intern to join our growing team. This role mainly supports social media management and assists the Business Development (BD) team in handling KOL/influencer collaborations. If you are active on social media, interested in TikTok trends, and eager to learn about the e-commerce industry, we would love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Admin
- Assist in managing company social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and XiaoHongShu.
- Schedule and upload posts, videos, and promotional content.
- Reply to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms.
- Monitor social media engagement and trending topics.
- Assist in preparing captions and simple content ideas.
KOL & BD Support
- Assist BD team in sourcing and communicating with KOLs/influencers.
- Coordinate KOL campaigns, product seeding, and posting schedules.
- Follow up with KOLs on content submissions and performance updates.
- Prepare basic reports and maintain KOL databases.
- Support the team during live streaming or campaign periods.
Administrative Support
- Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Organize documents, campaign records, and product information.
- Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.
- Familiar with social media platforms and current online trends.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or simple editing tools is an advantage.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
