TDG is a leading Martech and Loyalty Solutions company that helps brands engage customers through rewards programmes, customer engagement campaigns and digital solutions.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Rewards Operations Intern to support our Rewards Operations team in procurement, inventory management, fulfilment coordination and daily operational activities.

This internship offers valuable exposure to rewards procurement, rewards management, inventory operations, supplier coordination and campaign fulfilment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support purchasing and supplier coordination activities.
• Support inventory allocation for redemption and fulfilment activities.
• Assist in monitoring stock availability and replenishment requirements.
• Assist in maintaining inventory records and stock movement updates.
• Assist in tracking warranty claims, returns and replacement status.
• Maintain procurement, inventory and fulfilment trackers.
• Support stock reconciliation and inventory accuracy checks.
• Prepare operational reports and administrative documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse teams and internal stakeholders on operational matters.
• Perform other operational and administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree students in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Marketing or related fields.
• Internship placement required by university or college.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Google Workspace.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently and manage assigned tasks responsibly.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM600.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
