Sepenuh Masa Engineer ( Civil) Jobs, salary up to MYR 4,500 in Doshin Rubber Products (M) Sdn Bhd - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the design team when delegated by the Manager.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers and management.
• Review and interpret project specifications and requirements.
• Develop mechanical/structural designs for elastomeric and mechanical bearings in compliance with standards.
• Raise and resolve technical queries; propose alternatives where needed.
• Assist in reviewing technical drawings and engineering outputs.
• Drive cost optimization through value engineering initiatives.
• Recommend design improvements based on latest standards and practices.
• Provide technical support in meetings (local and international) when required.
• Contribute ideas for product development and promotional materials.
• Maintain proper documentation and design records for traceability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project and departmental goals.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (required), preferably in Structural/Civil.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an ISO 9001-certified engineering environment.
• Experience in finite element analysis (e.g., ABAQUS/ANSYS) is an advantage.
