We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Service Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
• Provide information about products, services, and company policie

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
