We're looking for an experienced Senior Oracle Database Administrator (Oracle L3 DBA) to support and manage enterprise-level Oracle database environments for mission-critical applications. This role is ideal for candidates with strong expertise in Oracle RAC, Data Guard, database upgrades, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Oracle database administration and provide daily operational support.

Administer and maintain Oracle RAC and Oracle Data Guard environments.

Perform Oracle database installations, upgrades, migrations, and patching activities.

Monitor database health and optimize performance to ensure high availability.

Troubleshoot complex database issues and perform root cause analysis.

Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies.

Support enterprise database environments while ensuring stability and reliability.

Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and support teams for database-related activities.

Maintain database security, compliance, and operational best practices.

Requirements

Minimum 5–7 years of experience as an Oracle Database Administrator.

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle RAC and Oracle Data Guard.

Proven experience in Oracle database patching, upgrades, migrations, and installations.

Solid knowledge of Oracle performance tuning and optimization.

Experience supporting large-scale enterprise Oracle environments.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery processes.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM14,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
