Responsible for supporting the following activities:

• Scanning employee LOAs and relevant employee documents accurately and systematically.
• Preparing and coordinating the LOA stamping process, including arranging documents for submission and follow-up.
• Tracking and filing completed stamped documents to ensure proper record keeping and easy retrieval.
• Reorganizing employee files from alphabetical order to Employee ID order to improve tracking, document retrieval, and audit readiness.
• Maintaining an updated document tracker to monitor progress, pending items, completed stamping, and filing status.
• Ensuring employee documents are handled confidentially and in line with internal HR document control requirements.
• Supporting basic HR administrative tasks as required by the HR Operations team.

The ideal candidate should be:

• Detail-oriented and organized
• Able to manage high-volume documents accurately
• Responsible for handling confidential employee records
• Comfortable with basic Microsoft Excel tracking
• Able to follow instructions and complete tasks within agreed timelines
• Professional, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Diploma qualification or a basic office administration background. Prior experience in HR administration, document management, filing, scanning, or data entry would be an added advantage.

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
