Job Role
The Retail Supervisor supports the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring all brand standards are upheld while driving consistent sales performance and premium customer experience. You will assist in leading the team to achieve boutique commercial targets while maintaining Hunter’s luxury brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Job Requirements
1. Minimum 2–3 years retail frontline experience including team lead / keyholder supervisory exposure, footwear/lifestyle/luxury apparel retail background preferred
2. Natural coaching & people leadership mindset; capable to align team daily work alongside store management to hit department KPIs
3. Strong commercial awareness with proven track record spotting sales opportunities and driving incremental store performance
4. Solid understanding of in-store VM standards, inventory workflow and brand trading guidelines, able to execute global Hunter brand requirements consistently
5. Customer-first attitude, skilled in resolving guest concerns and embedding premium service culture within team daily routines
6. Confident communication to share performance feedback, customer insights and improvement plans with Store Manager and team members regularly
7. Genuine passion for Hunter’s British outdoor heritage, rubber boots & lifestyle product range, willing to continuously build up product expertise
8. Embrace brand CSR value, ready to motivate teammates to participate in brand charity & sustainability initiatives
9. Flexible availability to cover shift rosters including weekends & peak trading periods, able to support ad-hoc daily store operation as needed
Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
