Tanggungjawab

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure (compute, storage, network, virtualization, OS platforms).
  • Plan and execute infrastructure deployment, upgrades, patching, and configuration changes under change management governance.
  • Ensure proactive monitoring, alerting, and capacity planning to prevent incidents and outages.
  • Implement security best practices including hardening, vulnerability remediation, and compliance adherence.
  • Oversee backup, disaster recovery planning, and regular testing of recovery procedures.
  • Manage infrastructure lifecycle (provisioning, optimization, scaling, decommissioning).
  • Collaborate with vendors, auditors, and regulators for compliance and service delivery.
  • Ensure documentation (SOPs, architecture, configurations) is accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology.
  • Minimum 8 years in IT Infrastructure environment with 3 years experience in IT project management.
  • Good knowledge of VMware, Nutanix AHV, Windows Server, Linux, IBM As400 / iSeries, IIS, RDS, Citrix, etc
  • Good understanding of networking (Cisco, Aruba, Arista, F5, etc) and identity services (Active Directory, Entra ID, etc).
  • Experienced in cloud and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, change, problem management).
  • Experience with monitoring, backup, asset management solutions.
  • Scripting/automation (PowerShell, Bash)
  • Good analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks.
