Full Time Sr.Human Resource Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Syaqua Selangor - Maukerja

• To lead staff recruitment process including background and reference checking.
• To maintain HR related documentation.
• To lead on training coordination such as sourcing, application and apply training grant.
• To maintain leave, sick and overtime reports.
• To manage on onboarding and orientation process.
• To manage on handling of staff Insurance related issues.
• To manage Foreign Workers’ welfare, permit renewal and passport renewal.
• To assist on payroll support.
• To assist in handling of Industrial Relation and disciplinary related issue.
• To undertake both manual and online statutory reporting.
• To liaise with all Government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance.
• To maintain and regularly update the master database of each employee.
• To assist in implementing and maintaining HR procedures and policies, rules and regulations compliance with applicable laws and corporate policy.
• To assist on administrative duties which include but not limited to stationery, bookings, pantry items, access cards.
• To assist with the renewal of company license and other memberships and all administrative arrangements
• To assist on air ticket and hotel arrangements for employees
• To perform any other ad hoc/ additional responsibility as assigned by the Superior.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,216.12 per month
