We are looking for an energetic and innovative new team member to join us as Assistant Maintenance Manager / Maintenance Manager. You are responsible on daily operation and maintenance activities:

Job Descriptions:

. To provide leadership and coordination of maintenance building management staffs allocated to a project and manages the performance of the team.

· For ensuring delivery of agreed mechanical & electrical building performance targets for the defined project or projects.

· To ensure adherence to all company management systems and licence conditions.

· To manage all onsite interfaces and de-conflict tasks and alleviate risks.

· To ensure that all mechanical, electrical & building services activities on the project comply with all legal requirements.

· To be proactively involved in supporting the Management throughout the duration of the project.

· To provide maintenance and technical advice as required in the projects.

· To ensure that mechanical & electrical risk assessments and safe systems of work submitted by contractors meet the requirements of the company management systems.

· To undertake accurate reporting of all maintenance activities and issues which affect the progress and quality and which provide a reflection of the contractor's performance against the agreed contract programme.

· To manage and co-ordinate the integration of the contractor design, manufacture and implementation packages of work as required by individual mechanical & electrical projects.

· To maintain appropriate records of all work activities.

· To ensure that mechanical & electrical contractors and their operatives comply with the approved design documentation and agreed Safe System of Work, together with Environmental, Health and Safety regulations.

· To aid the early identification and notification of contract variances, ensuring they are fully recorded, to be processed through the project management team.

· To respond to customer or contractor feedback.

· To manage maintenance staff as required in support of project objectives.

· Provide a daily safety inspection report for each of their projects.

· To attend any emergency calls at the projects when needed.

· Having a Chargeman certificate is an added advantage.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in building maintenance field is required for this position. Possess with own transport and willing to travel.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

License/Certification:

• CHARGEMAN CERTIFICATE (Preferred)
