Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Event Telemarketer to promote business events, engage prospective participants through outbound calls, follow up on registrations, and maintain accurate customer records. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to promote business events, exhibitions, conferences, and related programs.
- Contact prospective participants and provide information regarding event details and registration.
- Follow up with potential attendees to confirm participation and attendance.
- Maintain and update customer records and databases accurately.
- Respond to inquiries and provide customer support via phone and email.
- Prepare reports and maintain records related to telemarketing activities.
- Assist with administrative and data entry tasks as required.
- Support event registration and operational activities when needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Comfortable communicating with customers and stakeholders over the phone.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, call centre, or event-related roles is an advantage.
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: RM3,500
