• Basic Salary: (RM2,400 – RM3,300) + Attractive Sales Commission +Performance Incentives

Working Hour

• 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• 1 Day Off Per Week

Key Responsibilities Retail Sales & Customer Service

• Assist customers in selecting hiking, camping, trail running, travel, and outdoor gear.
• Share product knowledge and real outdoor experiences to help customers make informed decisions.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays.
• Support stock management and daily store operations.

Live Selling & Social Media

• Host TikTok and social media live sessions confidently from the store.
• Interact with viewers and answer product-related questions.
• Demonstrate products and introduce new arrivals.
• Assist in creating simple videos, photos, and social media content when required.

What We're Looking For

• Passion for hiking, trail running, camping, or outdoor activities.
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable appearing on camera or hosting live sessions.
• Sales experience is an advantage, but outdoor passion and willingness to learn are even more important.
