Tanggungjawab

Responsibilities:

  • To maintain proper accounting record (file payment voucher according to cheque series number).
  • Monitor and take charge of all Accounts Payables (PA) and Accounts Receivable (AR) matter.
  • Maintenance of the Fixed Asset Register.
  • Perform month end stock count at factory & prepare physical stock count report.
  • To match supplier invoices with purchase order (PO) by items & ensure PO being signed off by Director before proceed with payment.
  • Perform checking on supplier invoices before effect payment to suppliers.
  • Preparation of monthly reports ie total production volume, stock take, fleet, diesel usage etc. etc.
  • Preparation of utility monthly costing reports (TNB & Syabas)
  • Assist in general accounting function including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Ensure timely and accurate closure of month end management accounts by keying in monthly journal entries.
  • Assist manager in any other related job which may be instructed from time to time.

Academic Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance Diploma in Accountancy or LCCI qualification or equivalent.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of working experience in related field is required. Experience in manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
  • Able to work independently and work under pressure.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Word & Excel), preferably familiar with popular accounting package.
  • Able to work as a team player and meeting reporting deadlines.
  • Fast worker, dynamic and self-motivated.
  • Process high level of integrity with strong analytical skills.
  • Working experience in AutoCount Accounting System an added advantage.
  • This position will be based in Kapar, Klang.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
