Kerja Sepenuh Masa FLOOR SUPERVISOR (preferable 3 years experience), Gaji tinggi MYR 2,500 di KTS (IPOH) SDN BHD Perak - Maukerja

- To responsible for leading and managing the operation team to meet company policies and procedures

- To manage staff shift rotation and ensure sufficient manpower for daily operation

- To ensure all outlet operations in order of procedure such as customer payments, packaging, good return, goods delivery, shelve restocking, stocks labeling and etc

- To perform daily briefing with operation team before outlet open

- To work closely with the warehouse department from time to time to ensure smooth transition of goods flow on daily outlet operation.

- To responsible for outlet security including fire and theft prevention, and comply with safety regulations.

- To collect customer feedback and resolve complaints.

- To complete tasks as assigned by superiors from time to time.

- To maintain a good atmosphere in the outlet and ensure pleasant interactions with colleagues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
