Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.; Saturday: 9:00a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Job Responsibility:

• Provide safe, punctual, and efficient transportation for the Director to and from meetings, events, and other destinations as required.
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper upkeep of the assigned vehicle at all times, including regular servicing and inspections.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals, considering traffic conditions and schedules.
• Assist the Director with loading and unloading items when necessary.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Director’s activities and personal matters.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned, including errands and official tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ proven experience as a personal driver, preferably for senior management or high-profile individuals.
• Possess a valid Malaysian driving license (Class D) with a clean driving record.
• Familiar with Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley routes, traffic patterns, and alternative shortcuts; ability to use GPS and navigation apps effectively.
• Physically fit, reliable, and able to work extended hours if required.
• Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism.
• Punctual, well-groomed, and courteous at all times.
