Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Responsible for developing test packages (test programs and hardware) for development, productivity, and quality improvement in GaN products
• Able to deep dive technically and debug test program issues to ensure timely deliveries
• Develops innovative solutions for high parallel testing, new methodologies to improve coverage and test time, and more efficient program structures
• Document and validate test applications to ensure compliance with product specifications and test program release requirements
• Ensure timely transfer of engineering, reliability, and production test packages to various testing locations
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics or any other relevant engineering discipline
• 5+ years of experience in product, yield, and test engineering
• Broad knowledge in semiconductor processes, focusing especially in test process
• Familiarity with programming languages such as C/C++, VBA / worked with tester platforms like IPTEST
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Good analytical thought and problem-solving knowledge
• Sense of responsibility, proactive, willing to out stretch under pressure & tight timeline
