Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform painting works throughout the hotel, including guestroom, public areas, back-of-house spaces and facilities, to maintain the property’s appearance and standards.
• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, patching, sanding, and priming as required.
• Apply paint, vanish, stains, and other protective coatings to plaster walls, ceiling, wooden surfaces, metalwork, and fixtures using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Carry out touch-up painting and minor surface repairs to maintain the hotel’s aesthetic standards.
• Ensure all painting works are completed safely, neatly, and in accordance with the hotel quality standards and workplace safety requirement.
• Maintain painting tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition and ensure proper storage of paint and chemicals.
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification of GCE 'N' level
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Able to start work within short notice period.
