We are looking for an experienced and proactive Collections Senior Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of accounts, handle complex collection issues, and contribute to the development and implementation of effective collection strategies. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of outstanding payments. This role supports North America time zone and working days.


This position is part of the Order to Cash Department, Pall Center for Financial Services (CFS) and will be in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Oversee and manage a designated portfolio of accounts, including high-value and complex cases, by monitoring account statuses and implementing effective collection strategies.

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and written correspondence to follow up on overdue payments, negotiate payment plans, and resolve billing disputes or discrepancies.

  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales and Customer Service to address account issues, facilitate resolution, and ensure seamless communication between customers and internal teams.

  • Prepare and present detailed reports on collection activities, account statuses, and aging trends; analyze data and recommend improvements to collection processes and policies.

  • Ensure all collection practices adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements, escalating issues to senior management when necessary.


The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Education: Associate's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in collections or a similar financial role, with a proven track record in managing accounts and resolving complex issues.

  • Communication & Negotiation: Advanced communication and negotiation skills with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Language: Fluency in French.


It would be a plus if you also possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Operating knowledge of ERP system – Oracle.


Working Shift: This is in line with your appointment role to support the US team.

  • Daylight Saving: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM or 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM MYT

  • Non-Daylight Saving: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM or 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM MYT
