Requirements

• Candidate must possess at the minimum Diploma or Degree in related discipline.
• Professional qualification of ACCA, MICPA, ICSA, CTIM or equivalent is an added advantage.
• Pro-active, confident, good time management & interpersonal skills and willing to take on challenges.
• To manage workloads independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fresh graduates and professional exam students are encouraged to apply.

Responsibility

• Assist company secretary in all aspect of secretarial duties and functions and to ensure compliance with statutory requirements of the Companies Act 2016
• Prepare resolutions and maintain statutory records
• Assist in submission of annual returns and other statutory documents
• Liaise with Companies Commission of Malaysia and other authorities when required
• Pleasant attitude and willing to learn
• Computer literate with hands-on ability in Microsoft Office application
