Tanggungjawab

To support the administration team in daily office operations, documentation, coordination, and general administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily administrative and clerical tasks
  • Handle filing, documentation, and data entry
  • Prepare letters, reports, and basic documents
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments
  • Manage office supplies and maintain proper records
  • Support HR and operation team when required
  • Assist in handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Ensure documents are properly organized and updated
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
  • Assist in maintenance coordination, including building upkeep, cleanliness, and office stock procurement.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree students in Business Administration, Management, HR, or related field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Organized, responsible, and willing to learn
  • Able to work independently and in a team

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
