Hiring: SAP Project Manager

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (100% Onsite)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and manage a large-scale SAP implementation program. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering SAP projects, managing cross-functional teams, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring successful project execution from planning through go-live and hypercare.

The role requires strong leadership, project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills to drive project success within scope, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP implementation project delivery.

Develop and manage:

• Project Plans
• Project Schedule
• Resource Planning
• Budget Tracking
• Risk & Issue Management

Coordinate activities across SAP functional, technical, testing, integration, and business teams.

Manage project governance, steering committee meetings, and executive stakeholder communications.

Monitor project progress, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.

Identify project risks, issues, and mitigation plans to ensure timely resolution.

Ensure alignment between business requirements and project objectives.

Oversee SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.

Manage third-party vendors, system integrators, and external stakeholders.

Drive project reporting, status updates, and executive dashboards.

Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and SAP implementation best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

️ 10+ years of SAP project management experience.

️ Proven experience managing at least 2–3 full-cycle SAP implementation projects.

️ Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation programs.

️ Experience managing large, complex, multi-country or regional SAP projects.

️ Strong understanding of SAP functional and technical workstreams.

️ Experience managing project budgets, timelines, resources, and vendor engagements.

️ Expertise in:

• Project Planning
• Risk Management
• Change Management
• Stakeholder Management
• Governance & Reporting

️ Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

️ Ability to work effectively with business executives, project teams, and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent Project Management certification.

SAP Activate Methodology experience.

Experience working in manufacturing, retail, logistics, finance, or enterprise transformation programs.

Exposure to SAP cloud solutions and integration landscapes.

Experience managing global or regional delivery teams.
